Meridian Business Park
A mixed-use business park combining Grade-A office space, ground-floor retail, and structured parking across three connected blocks.
Meridian Business Park brought together office, retail, and structured parking into a single masterplanned campus on the outskirts of Islamabad. As design-build lead, ACCO was responsible for everything from initial site masterplanning through final handover.
The three office and retail blocks share a central landscaped plaza and a single utility plant, reducing long-term operating costs for tenants compared to standalone buildings. Ground-floor retail units were designed with double-height frontage to attract anchor tenants, while the upper office floors use the same column-free structural approach we developed for Blue Horizon Tower.
As design-build delivery partner, we carried single-point accountability for the full 30-month program, coordinating design, procurement, and construction under one contract.
